Terms of use
Using Windy Apartments means agreeing to these terms. They are short because the service is simple.
What the service is
Windy Apartments is a free, informational apartment search for Chicago. It is not a brokerage, leasing agent, or landlord, and it does not represent you or any building.
No guarantee of accuracy
Prices, floor plans, availability, and amenities are read from buildings' own websites and can change at any time. We show when data was last checked and flag what could not be confirmed, but we cannot guarantee any figure. Confirm everything with the building before making a decision.
External links
Links to building websites and floor plans lead to sites we do not control.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Windy Apartments is not liable for decisions made based on information shown here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
